Terms of Service

Thank you for considering our services.

Service is rendered on a pre-paid basis; payment is authorized when an order is placed online.

Thereafter, staff will email for more information and to confirm the requested work is within the proper scope of our services.

If accepted, payment is charged and the work is performed.

If denied, payment is released and the order is canceled.

No particular results are, or can be, promised.  We do promise a good-faith effort, using the genealogical resources at our disposal and that all research, including logs, will be shared with the client.
